1. COMPLIANCE STATUS

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in appendix A of the UNI EN 301549 standard, due to the non-compliances listed below.

2. NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

In order to produce this accessibility statement, we considered the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a test panel made up of people with different disabilities, who tested the website using different assistive technologies and interaction methods, including screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard navigation and magnification features.
The non-conformities and the corresponding WCAG success criteria are listed below:

1.1.1 Non-text Content: some non-text elements lack equivalent text alternatives or use text alternatives that are not appropriate for their purpose.

1.3.1 Info and Relationships: information, relationships, and structure of the content are not always programmatically determined in a consistent manner.

1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose: some input fields do not provide a programmatic identification of their purpose.

1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): the contrast ratio between text and its background does not always meet the minimum required values (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large-scale text).

1.4.11 Non-text Contrast: the visual contrast of the status indicator does not always meet the minimum requirements.

2.1.1 Keyboard: not all interface functionality is fully operable through a keyboard.

2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide: some moving or automatically updating content does not always provide controls to pause or stop it.

2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: there is no mechanism that allows users navigating via keyboard or assistive technologies to bypass blocks of content.

2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): the purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from its programmatically determined context.

2.4.7 Visible Focus: in some sections of the website, the visual focus indicator is not visible.

3.1.1 Language of Page: the default language of the page is not always correctly declared in the code.

3.1.2 Language of Parts: the website contains text in a language different from the language of the page.

3.3.1 Error Identification: input errors are not always identified programmatically and in an understandable manner.

3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: some fields or controls that require user input do not provide sufficiently clear labels or instructions to understand their purpose and how to complete them.

4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: user interface components do not always correctly expose their accessible name, role, state, or value.

4.1.3 Status Messages: when an error occurs or required data is not entered, the error message is displayed but is not always automatically announced by assistive technologies.
